Whether your home is vacant for 2 days, 2 weeks or for the majority of the year, Anglesey All Year Round can offer you peace of mind by checking your property on a regular basis, advising of any problems, and then rectifying these, subject to your agreement.
If you are going away on holiday or business, for example, Anglesey All Year Round can look after your home, paying daily or weekly visits as required, and advising you immediately of any problems. A written report will be supplied at the end of the service, detailing each inspection and any follow-up action if applicable.
You may also wish to include other elements, such as property cleaning, plant watering or garden maintenance, in the service, and Anglesey All Year Round can tailor a quotation to your individual requirements. Anglesey All Year Round offers a home monitoring service for properties which are vacant for extended periods. This involves checking your home at pre-arranged intervals, and entails one of the services outlined below. In either case, monthly written reports are sent directly to you, detailing each inspection and follow-up action if applicable.

If any problems are noted during a visit to your property you will be advised of this immediately by your preferred method of contact (telephone or e-mail). The area will be made safe if necessary, and advice will be given on how the problem could be rectified. If Anglesey All Year Round is able to remedy the situation, which is usually the case given staff expertise and experience, a quotation will be given. Work can then be undertaken, subject to your approval. Should the work require a specialised skill, Anglesey All Year Round will use its extensive knowledge of local companies to obtain a quotation and again, subject to your agreement, will coordinate all activities until the work has been completed.
